On May 17, 2023, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.

Improved Hunt Group load times

Significant improvements in the Hunt Group configuration page load time have been made especially for customers that have a large number of Hunt Groups configured.

Administration and Access page number retained during editing

Now when making changes to users in Administration and Access, you will be returned to the same page you were on instead of moving you to page 1 after saving your changes.

Fixes

Cases cannot contain only spaces

When commenting on an existing case, the case comments must contain actual text and cannot be just one or more spaces. The text must be more than one character.

officeXtend contact directory size fix

The officeXtend client will now pull the full list of enterprise, group and personal contacts in the Call Control menu when accessing the Directories tab.
