On October 6, 2022, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with two fixes.

Fixes

Fix for hunt group loading issue

Corrected an issue preventing the "Hunt Group" screen from loading intermittently for some customers.

Fix to remove disallowed characters from user names

Fix implemented to prevent user creation failure caused by certain characters in the users' "first name" or "last name" fields. "Calling line ID name" is not allowed to contain the following characters: %, +, /, ", or extended ascii characters. Those characters will now be stripped from the calling line ID during user creation and update.
