This is to be used in emergency outage situations where the service (Teams, customer PBX, etc) is down and a handful of key numbers need to be forwarded quickly.</P> <P data-local-id="1e063e6ef4c8" data-renderer-start-pos="2181">&nbsp;</P> <P data-local-id="24deec144b5f" data-renderer-start-pos="2453">The template can be downloaded and this will contain a list of current numbers. Remove all the rows that won’t be forwarded. Then edit the CALL_FORWARDING_ENABLED column and the CALL_FORWARDING_NUMBER column for the numbers you do want to forward.
