Click the + on any users you want to add to the list, or click the red X on any users you want to remove. In Current BLFs, you can select a user and rearrange the list. Click Save to keep your changes and update the phone. Once the phone is the way you want it, use the command prompt at the bottom to type in your prompt to copy this setup to other phones. A help section shows a list of useful prompts, such as “copy settings to @Test User 2”. Note that when you type @, the list of available users pops up so you don’t have to type it all. Just select the user from the list.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

There are multiple fax transmission scenarios that could result in only a partial fax, and all of those case are being handled now as well.&lt;/P&gt;
