Product changes and fixes for Atlas

On November 17 2025, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.

Updates - UCaaS

Partner customer reports now contain start/end date for each service

The Reports button on the Customers tab can be used to get a CSV report of all services on your account. The report has been modified to include a Start Date and End Date column. If the service is still active, the End Date column will be blank.

Default shipping address change now applies to previous orders

If you change your default shipping address in Partner Setup, then place an add-on order for an existing customer, your new default shipping address will now show as the selected shipping address for devices on the sales order.

Atlas emails now sent using partner email domain if one is created

If you have an email domain setup in Partner Setup, Branding, Email Domain Setup, Atlas emails like Atlas - User Activation emails will now send using that domain instead of the default. This improves your email handling for system generated emails that are meant for your internal partner staff.

Support for Grandstream HT801 V2

Grandstream introduced a new V2 version of their HT801 analog ATA device. We are adding full support for this new version of this device.

At the same time, we are announcing the End-of-Sale of the original Grandstream HT801.

The HT801 V2 is physically identical to the previous device with the exception that each device comes pre-provisioned from the factory with a default password. If the device is factory reset, you may need this password to access the device. The password is printed on the label underneath the device.

These will be available for sale and for BYOD, and remain the same price as the previous Grandstream HT801.
