This should not have any impact on how you use the call recording service today, and the MP3 files will still be posted to your Customer Administration Portal account. Initially, only new customers will be provisioned with the new call recording server. Conversions for existing customers will occur slowly over the next 3-6 months.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
