Who Should Subscribe?

We recommend subscribing to email updates if you’re an administrator or Inteliquent partner.

How Do You Subscribe?

Visit the UCaaS Status Page, Vitelity Status Page or Fax Application Status Page to subscribe, depending on the service or platform you use. When subscribing it will automatically select all categories for the product solutions. In many cases you will only need to subscribe to one of the solution sets you purchase from us.

Email subscriptions will send from status@inteliquent.com if you need to whitelist the domain.

Confirm Your Subscription

You will receive an email to confirm your subscription to the Inteliquent status page. An example of this email message is here. You must press the Confirm subscription button in order or become enrolled with the status page. At the bottom of the email message, you will also find a link to Manage your subscription.

Message Types

By pressing the Subscribe to Updates button, you can receive updates via email or SMS, and you can input the correct addresses in the appropriate fields. You can also follow a link to the support website with the third button.

Managing Your Updates

You will be able to manage the exact updates you will receive with the Components section. Select/deselect with the checkboxes the components you want to follow. To save your changes, press the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
