Cancel Enterprise in Atlas

To cancel an enterprise in Atlas, you can follow these steps.

Note: This is an irreversible process. Once you have sent the order to cancel, it cannot be undone. The only thing you can do is rebuild the customer from scratch.

In Atlas, go to the Customer Tab
Search to find any user in that enterprise
Double click to open the Customer details screen
Press the Cancel Enterprise button
It will warn you about how many services they have, their start date, etc.
1. To continue, press the Yes button.
Next, it will check to verify which numbers your customer would like to port away.
1. Once selected, press Cancel Enterprise to continue
You will receive another warning, advising that after this point there is no return.
1. Press Yes to proceed
Atlas will now cancel the enterprise. This will take several minutes.
