&lt;P&gt;To cancel an enterprise in Atlas, you can follow these steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;This is an irreversible process. Once you have sent the order to cancel, it cannot be undone. The only thing you can do is rebuild the customer from scratch.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In Atlas, go to the Customer Tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Search to find any user in that enterprise&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Double click to open the Customer details screen&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press the Cancel Enterprise button&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;It will warn you about how many services they have, their start date, etc.
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To continue, press the Yes button.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Next, it will check to verify which numbers your customer would like to port away.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once selected, press Cancel Enterprise to continue&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will receive another warning, advising that after this point there is no return.
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press Yes to proceed&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Atlas will now cancel the enterprise. This will take several minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;
