&lt;P&gt;If a residential customer has failed to set up their login and password to their Residential Customer Admin Portal, you can send them a new welcome email with the Reset Password button by doing the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. In Atlas, navigate to the Customer tab and look up the residential customer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Make sure you are on the Services drop-down&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Press the "Reset Password" button under the Actions column&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="hs-callout-type-tip" data-hs-callout-type="tip"&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ensure the customer's email address is correct and current in the Customer Address section at the top of the page, under Customer Details.&lt;/P&gt;
