&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This is used to learn the basic information about the UCaaS product set, features, order entry, and fulfillment. This should be taken by everyone who will come into contact with any aspect of this product set.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This track is here to provide the information necessary to properly manage established customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Each of these modules has a training program with a video lesson then an associated knowledge test. Supplemental articles and documents will be available on many of the modules, as well. Be sure to use the same name on each of the tests.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While it is not absolutely necessary to take each of these lessons in order, it is recommended as the knowledge learned from the lower numbered lessons is often applied in higher numbered ones.&lt;/P&gt;
