      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm experiencing a significant delay when using Answering Machine Detection (AMD) in asynchronous mode for outbound calls.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Using AMD with async mode in outbound calls&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;TTS configured to play after call is answered&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Issue: After the call is answered, there's a 3-5 second delay before the TTS starts playing. This creates an awkward silence that negatively impacts the user experience.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is this delay expected behavior when using AMD in async mode?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are there any configuration options or best practices to reduce this delay?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any guidance on how to improve the responsiveness would be greatly appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
