Hello, I implemented call recording when the client answers, everything works but when I go to look for the audio it is not in my Azure account and the notify event indicates that the recording is available. How can I correct the error?

notify event example

{"event":"notify","callid":"c313680f-84fa-40c4-9721-3e5e0318a119","version":1,"type":"recording_available","destination":"azure://voz/grabaciones/c313680f-84fa-40c4-9721-3e5e0318a119.mp3"}

Hi,

Usually if the file is not found in your destination that's a problem with the credentials. I would double check that the credentials you provided in the SVAML response are correct. If they are, there might be something else going on, so I encourage you to open a support ticket where they can check the call logs using your call ID to see if they can spot anything.

Let me know if you have any further questions,
