Hi, I have had a 10DLC campaign pending review since 3/13/24.

How do I get my campaign reviewed?

Hi Tony,

It typically takes 1-3 days for Sinch to review a 10DLC campaign. However, due to a higher than normal volume of campaign review requests, there may be delays in approval and launch times.

Hi Shahzad, my 10DLC campaign has still not been reviewed since March 13th, it's been 90 days. Do you have any idea when it can be reviewed? I can't launch my startup without SMS. Thanks!
