Payment made for (legacy?) video call service

Hello,

We've made a payment through paypal on 19-october-2022 for 10$ for Lite Microsystems (account: liviu@litesoft.ro) with receipt number: 0198133c-a278-45b6-8591-d0e8d3c6af38 (I'm not sure if this number is from your system, or paypal's).

Our financial department says they need an invoice to for the amount payed. We've checked the legacy admin panel and we can't find where to download it. In the paypal transaction detail page an invoice number appears: 89a0ec2a-6f03-4b98-9ff4-d80590ea32aa (I'm not sure if this number is from your system, or paypal's).

Can you please help us get an invoice pdf for the above transaction?

As this is a billing issue to address this, you need to contact the Sinch Support team, by either:

Logging a support ticket on our Customer Ticketing Portal
Email us at support@sinch.com.
