Sorry to hear you are having issues, please can you open a support ticket for this issue: https://tickets.sinch.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/31/create/1313 and select RTC-Voice as the product.

We only support APNs Token-based authentication. We no longer support APNs certificate-based functionality.
