Are the numbers I buy on this platform portable? As a phone number is a significant part of a brand identity I want to make sure I can bring them with me to other platforms as needed. All the other platforms allow it but I wanted to confirm. Thank you very much!

Great question! In the US, we do support number portability.

In general, portability of numbers depends on the country. To determine if Sinch supports number portability for a certain country, use our Country Information tool, and look under the Number Portability heading.

Where does a customer find the PIN to port OUT a number

Hi,

North American numbers are protected with a port out PIN. Please open a support ticket to request the PIN.
