Testing "seamless" verification API

Hi,
I am trying out verification API and was able to test SMS and phone call method verifications but when I try seamless method, getting below error

"errorCode":42201,"message":"No route to destination."

I am testing using API tester app on iPhone. Is callback URL must for seamless method.

Anyone has this working with a test app. Appreciate any help.
