&lt;P&gt;A channel-specific message template can only be used on the channel to which it corresponds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Currently, &lt;A href="https://developers.sinch.com/docs/conversation/channel-support/whatsapp/template-support/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;WhatsApp&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://developers.sinch.com/docs/conversation/channel-support/kakaotalk/#template-message-support" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;KakaoTalk&lt;/A&gt; templates are the only supported channel-specific templates, and they're stored by Facebook WhatsApp Business API and KakaoTalk, respectively.
