UI component loading issue in Communication Panel

We have identified an unexpected change impacting how the Communication Panel loads the user interface framework components.

If your corporate network, firewall, proxy, or browser security policies block access to domains not explicitly approved, then Communication Panel may fail to load.

If users report that the Communication Panel will not load at all:

Open the affected browser tab and launch Developer Tools (press F12 or right-click and select Inspect).
From the opened console view, select the Network tab.
Look for blocked network requests or security errors referencing:

Requests to https://openui5.hana.ondemand.com/... returning an HTTP 301 Moved Permanently.
Follow-up requests to https://sdk.openui5.org/... failing with net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID, or Content Security Policy (CSP) directive violations.

If you see these errors, your network or browser security configuration is blocking traffic to the new interface framework component host.

To resolve this issue immediately, your IT/Network Security administrator must permit outbound traffic to the new domain:
Domain to Allow/Whitelist: sdk.openui5.org
Protocol: HTTPS (Port 443)
