&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We want to inform you about a known issue regarding the recently released Microsoft Windows update KB5094126. Based on current knowledge, Communication Panel or other user interfaces are not affected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What is the issue?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Following the installation of Microsoft KB5094126, we have received reports from users experiencing unexpected side effects within the CDT interface. Specifically, the update breaks audio player functionality, &lt;SPAN data-teams="true"&gt;resulting in users being unable to listen to recordings and their voicemails directly within the application&lt;/SPAN&gt;. The change could affect other functionality as well. If you have any concerns after installing the KB,&amp;nbsp; let us know.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Current recommendation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While development is working on the topic, we strongly recommend avoiding or pausing the deployment of KB5094126 on all workstations running the CDT application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
