Hi Sinch CC team,

In the new reality I have a question where can I find information about new Sinch cloud CC releases and roadmaps? Will this information be also available in SAP Support Portal for on-prem version, like it was before?

Hi Piotr,

Thanks for your question. We will use these community pages mainly for accessing the latest contact center documentation, like user guides and APIs.

We definitely want keep our Customers and Partners up-to-date and informed about plans and roadmaps. Happy to setup a meeting for presenting the plans.
