Is it known when the FP21 (7.0.21.0) version of Contact Pro will be released?

Hi Sebastian,

Currently aiming for end of June and plan is that FP21 is made from 25q3 cloud release. The release plan applies for Sinch customers, SAP release later on this year.

I will update under this thread if there are changes to the plans. In case someone needs early version of show and tell slides, please ping me.

Quick update:

FP21 testing is ongoing and we are aiming to finish regression testing before end of June. Official release may slip to 1st week of July.
