Hi Guys,

two questions about integration of Contact Pro with S/4 IC - maybe someone knows the answers:

1. are attachments supported in S/4 IC chat client?

2. is it possible to define chat or email reply templates in S/4 IC?

Hi Piotr,

Per my knowledge S/4 IC is the good old Interaction Center but same time have to say that we are not experts in this matter. Therefore, my answer is that the build-in chat client in Interaction Center doesn't support attachments. And per quick chatting with AI, there should be option to create chat / email templates, but these are not linked to Contact Pro templates at any level.
