Hi Guys,

is the email channel integration between Contact Pro and SAP Service Cloud ver. 2 available similar way like it was with C4C? If not, is it on roadmap?

Hello Piotr,

Currently email channel integration is not available with V2, and the SAP is missing the required flow in the V2 UI. Definitely its is on our roadmap, and once it is ready on SAP's side, we will implement it in Contact Pro too.
