FP19 status update calendar week 9:

Original release to customer date were missed as we faced several major issues with cloud release, upcoming FP19 on-premise release was affected as well. Due to findings we decided to take time to fix the findings properly and ensure quality release for our on-premise customers.

Fixing the findings is expected to take 1 to 2 weeks and after that we enter to system testing phase which normally takes 2 weeks. New target date for release has been set end of March or latest early May.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but as said we wanted to ensure releasing properly tested package for our customer. I will keep this topic updated in case there is changes for timeline.

FP19 status update calendar week 12:

Fixing secure scan results taking more than expected. We take the security aspect seriously and will not accept release of package that would have known security issues. At positive side feature testing has started and no issues found.

Current target date for release is 15/4/2023.

Will the onpremise FP19 version, which will be released on April 15, include the same changes and corrections as the cloud product 23Q1 released on April 14?

Hi Sebastian,

FP19 will be based on 22q4 release. There is few important items from 23q1 included, but not all. If there is some critical afterwards, then we consider making hotfixes.

Hi All,

Good news. We have accepted FP19 to release and I will upload the package to Sinch download site soon. Likely it will happen tomorrow and same time we will update documentation page as well.

Customers with Sinch agreement can request access to download site via ticket. For the access we need your email and mobile phone number (for one time password)

Meanwhile the FP19 will continue to SAP security checking and will be released to SAP Market Place when we have final stamp from SAP. I cannot promise or estimate how long the process takes.

FP19 is now available at SAP marketplace as well 👍. What about Hotfixes, will they be released delayed by SAP as well? Do we have to expect a 3 month delay for hotfixes?
