The process typically takes about 5 days. This service is included with your subscription; there are no hidden set-up or activation fees. You, as a customer, are responsible for bringing your Internet connection and SIP trunk, as well as for basic configuration tasks like designing your IVR, routing rules, agent skills, user management, email templates, chat canned responses and so on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, we are happy to recommend one of our certified systems integrators if you need help with these configuration activities.&lt;/P&gt;
