    <description>&lt;P&gt;Existing customers using SAP Contact Center on-premise (formerly SAP BCM) who want to switch to the Sinch Contact Pro cloud service do need to terminate their support contract for Contact Center on-premise perpetual license and sign a new contract for Sinch Contact Pro cloud service. Sinch will be happy to discuss the commercial aspects of this transition with interested customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In general, we believe many customers will experience reduced costs by switching to the Cloud solution with its usage-based billing.&lt;/P&gt;
