Check with your administrator to verify.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also see the number of conversations waiting in the Queue broken down to conversations that match and don’t match your assigned skills. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
