Add a delay between messages

Sometimes it proves useful create a slight delay between bot messages, to create a natural pause in the conversation. You can do this by using a Delay step that lasts between 1 to 20 seconds.

To add a Delay to your conversation:

From your block, add a Delay Action step.

2. Set the Delay duration to your preference by moving your cursor.

3. Save your changes.
