Enable AI features in Sinch Engage

Now you can count on AI assistance to help you create the message for your campaign. With a GPT integration, AI helps your marketing team gather ideas faster and sharpen the copy. It'll help you get marketing campaigns out faster. For example, you feed the AI with a few key sentences around a Valentine's Day campaign, and a few seconds later, you have a fun message ready to go!

You can use this feature on the campaign sending and also to submit a message template for approval. But before using it, you need to opt-in and agree with AI disclaimer from Sinch Engage and also from OpenAI terms of use. But don't worry, it's simple and fast and it's just a unique opt-in for all AI features.

Important: you need to be a project administrator to be able to opt-in for AI features. The opt-in is in the project level, so other team members will also have access to the features once one administrator opted-in.

To opt-in for AI features in Sinch Engage:

Go to Campaigns > Newsletter or to Settings -> Account -> WhatsApp template messages
When creating a new campaign using freeform message as the "Content type" or when creating a new WhatsApp template, click in the "Get help from AI" button:

If you have the administrator role, a modal will appear with more information about the feature and the terms and conditions. If you agree with the terms, click on the checkbox and then click on "I agree" button.
- If you don't agree, click in the "Cancel" button . In this case you won't be able to use the AI features.
f you don't have the administrator role, a modal will appear asking you to contact administrator to opt-in for these features.
After agreeing, the opt-in is done and you and all other team members of your project will be able to use the AI features. Click here to better understand how to use AI to compose your campaign message
