&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE&lt;/STRONG&gt;: &lt;EM&gt;Starting &lt;STRONG&gt;August 1st&lt;/STRONG&gt;, Authentication Plus will incur a one-time &lt;STRONG&gt;$12.50 fee&lt;/STRONG&gt; per verification. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Ex.
